TetraElements Referral Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Referral Policy ("Policy") outlines the procedures and guidelines for the TetraElements Referral Program. The program is designed to encourage and reward individuals or entities ("Referrers") for referring potential clients who may require Finite Element Analysis (FEA) services to TetraElements.

2. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to individuals, clients, partners, and other stakeholders who have knowledge of potential FEA project opportunities.

3. Referral Submission

To participate in the Referral Program, Referrers must submit referrals to TetraElements using the designated referral form or method provided by TetraElements.

The referral must include the following information:

4. Evaluation and Acceptance

TetraElements will evaluate each referral for its potential to lead to a signed contract for FEA services.

TetraElements reserves the right to accept or decline any referral at its discretion.

Referrers will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their referrals within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Commission Structure

Referrers will be eligible to receive a commission for each accepted and successful referral.

The commission amount may vary depending on the nature and scope of the FEA project. TetraElements will determine the commission amount at its discretion.

The maximum commission per referral is $5,000, unless otherwise specified by TetraElements.

6. Commission Payout

Commissions will be paid to Referrers in the following manner:

TetraElements reserves the right to withhold or delay commission payments if there are disputes or issues related to the referred project.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

TetraElements will treat all referral information and client details as confidential and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Referrers are responsible for obtaining consent from the referred party before submitting their contact information to TetraElements.

8. Termination or Modification of Program

TetraElements reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice.

9. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Referrers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when participating in the Referral Program.
